        • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

        • Perishable goods, such as food or plants.

            • For returns due to product defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

            • When returning or exchanging an item, please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item’s safe return.

            • Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.

          5. Refunds and Exchanges:

              • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

              • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

              • Exchanges will be sent out after the returned item is received and inspected.

            6. Processing Time:

                • Please allow 5 business days inside Dhaka and 10 business days Outsite Dhaka  for us to process your return or exchange after receiving the item.

              7. Restocking Fee:

                  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

                8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

                    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.

                  9. Cancellation of Orders:
